How to make salmon sushi burger step by step

  1. Make the sushi rice. To do this, you have to clean it, cook it, add rice vinegar, and let it cool as we tell you in our simple step by step.
  2. Prepare the avocados. Slice the avocados, remove the skin and bone, and cut the pulp into thin slices with the help of a kitchen knife or mandolin.
  3. Assemble the plate in layers. Place a plating ring on a plate. Put a first layer of rice and compact it well. Then add a layer of avocado. Finally, make a layer of salmon slices and remove the ring. And repeat with the other three dishes.
  4. Top the burger. To give it the typical shape of burger bread, moisten a cup or small bowl and fill it with rice, squeezing it well. And finally, flip it over the smoked salmon layer as if it were the round part of the burger roll.
