Ever since Karlie announced that she had accepted the engagement request from her boyfriend, Joshua Kushner, we just wanted to see the dress . To our surprise, Karlie Kloss has trusted the same designer and the same brand that Chiara Ferragni did just a few months ago: Maria Grazia Chiuri for Dior .
Yesterday, the model surprised us with a post on Instagram in which she confirmed the great news: Joshua and she had already married. And yes, the dress is as (or more) impressive than we had imagined .
The design in question had the following characteristics: a strapless neckline with an embroidered lining and lace over the top, resulting in a delicate and elegant 3/4 sleeve. Following the traditional shape of the female body that characterizes Dior, the cut was produced just at the waist to masterfully fall into a long and flowing train. Karlie Kloss combined all this with a very simple low bun with parting on one side and veil on top.
Since they started dating, Joshua Kushner and Karlie Kloss have chosen to remain anonymous and have only made one large public appearance and two or three more casual ones. The big and official one took place this year, at the Met Gala in New York.
The couple has been dating for many years, since 2012 specifically, and it is rumored that the marriage proposal comes from before, only that the couple wanted the world to know in due course. On the day of her 4th anniversary, Karlie wrote on Instagram:
Four years ago I met my best friend. I love you more with each passing day.
And with this beautiful phrase of love, a big wedding and a Dior designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri … I 'm sure they live happily and eat partridges.
