How to do it step by step

  1. Prepare the ingredients. First, let the raisins soak in warm water. Then cut the slices of the three types of cheese into strips. And while lightly toasting the loaf bread slices, wash the arugula and pat dry.
  2. Bake the toasts. On each slice of bread, arrange strips of the three types of cheese alternately. Add a part of the drained and crushed raisins. And just toast the slices for a couple of minutes or so in the oven preheated to 180º, so that the cheese melts with the raisins.
  3. Make the coverage. While the toast is baking, mix the rest of the raisins with the walnuts, cut into small pieces. Dress the arugula with oil and salt. Mix it with the onion, peeled and thinly sliced, the raisins and the chopped walnuts, and spread the whole on the cheese toasts.
  4. Decorate and serve. All you need to do is add the rinsed and drained sprouts, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
