How to make low calorie pear semi-cold step by step

  1. Previous steps. On the one hand, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes. And on the other, peel and chop the pears. And cook them for about 30 minutes with the lemon juice, the sugar and 2 glasses of water.
  2. Prepare the semi-cold. First, crush the pears and add them to the gelatin diluted in a little hot water. Then add the beaten cheese and mix. And finally, pour the preparation into molds and let it rest for about 6 hours in the fridge.
  3. Make the coulis and plate. Cook the jam with 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for about 3 minutes. Unmold the semifreddos and decorate with the coulis that you have made with the jam.
