  3. Assemble the dessert. Put half of the cakes in the base of a square or rectangular dish. Cover them with half of the cream that you had previously prepared. And repeat: top with a layer of biscuits and another of cream.
  4. Final touches. Sprinkle the cocoa on top first. Then sprinkle with the icing sugar as well. And leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours so that it sets and is well settled. Normally from one day to another and at least about 12 hours.
