These are prizes awarded by our readers, which point to those products and brands that have innovated the most in order to adapt to new trends and satisfy the most demanding consumers. On January 22, we celebrated the delivery of the 2018 Clara Food Awards at the Cocina Hermanos Torres restaurant in Barcelona. These are awards that recognize the innovation effort made by brands to adapt to new market trends and, also, to the preferences of the most demanding consumers. And it is not that we are the ones who say that these food products are excellent, you have said it with your votes. These are the winners:
