7. An excess of caffeine

How to remove tremor on the eyelid

  1. If the tremor is temporary, try to apply the measures that we have described: rest, drink less coffee and more magnesium and take visual breaks. If, despite taking these measures, the tremor in the eyelid does not disappear, request a visit with an ophthalmologist.
  2. If the spasm is persistent and bothersome, go to an ophthalmologist as you probably need to graduate your eyesight better.
