Today is a very important date for the Spanish Royal Household : it has been five years since Felipe VI was crowned King of Spain and Letizia , Queen consort. The Kings have celebrated this anniversary in an act of delivery of medals of the Order of Civil Merit (41 people have been awarded this recognition) along with their two daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía , whom we did not see in public since last Easter Sunday. Queen Letizia complemented the look with white gold, diamond and aquamarine earrings from Bulgari (a gift from the brand to the Queen when Princess Eleanor was born), a bracelet with diamonds, sapphires and a ring from Karen Hallam.
