The owner of this promotion is RBA REVISTAS, SL, editor of CLARA magazine, hereinafter the magazine, whose purpose is to carry out an online contest, without contractual value, in which all natural persons who meet the conditions established in these bases.

Participants

  1. Any natural person over 18 years of age, with legal residence in Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), may participate in the contest organized by RBA REVISTAS, SL, who during the validity period of this campaign participates in the action as proposed in the terms of these bases.
  2. The contest will take place in Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) and will be voluntary and free.
  3. These bases are intended to establish the essential terms and conditions for the development and participation of this contest.
  4. The participants, by the mere fact of participating in this contest, unconditionally and fully accept its bases, as well as the criteria of RBA REVISTAS, SL for the resolution of any question derived from the interpretation and execution of these bases.

Term

  1. The promotion starts on May 18, 2019 at 10:30 AM and will end on May 26, 2019 at 11:59 PM
  2. Only entries made within the period described in the previous section will be validated.

Participation modalities

Participation will only be through publications on Facebook and Instagram, making a comment on the photo of the contest, mentioning a friend, having “liked” the photo and following CLARA's profile.

Selection

  1. The ten most original comments will be selected from among all those received by the editorial staff of the CLARA magazine, five from the participants through Instagram and 5 through Facebook, whose decision will be final, and the mere fact of participating in the contest implies full acceptance and conformity with it.
  2. RBA REVISTAS, SL will publish the names of the winners on Facebook and Instagram profiles and will write direct messages to inform them.
  3. RBA REVISTAS, SL will announce the winners on May 27, 2019.
  4. RBA REVISTAS, SL will likewise select 5 substitutes in case the winners cannot be contacted or if they breach any term of these bases, whose names may be published on Clara's website and social networks and they will be informed of their status as winner through a direct message.
  5. The winners will have until May 30, from the notification of their status as a winner, to contact RBA REVISTAS, SL, and express their acceptance of the prize obtained, at which time they will be informed of the procedure to formalize the award.
  6. It will be essential for the acceptance of the award that the winners send a copy of the DNI as well as a communication confirming that they accept the award. Once the acceptance period has elapsed without the winner having contacted RBA REVISTAS, SL, it will be understood that they renounce the prize without any compensation for said resignation.
  7. In the event that any of the winners does not proceed to accept the award in accordance with the established procedure or, it is detected that they have failed to comply with any of the participation requirements set out in these rules, RBA REVISTAS, SL will proceed to notify the alternate who has been selected as the new winner of the contest.
  8. Once the new winner is published, the procedure will be according to that established for the first winner.
  9. In the event that, having resorted to the alternates, none of those selected has accepted the award or are invalid under the criteria of these bases, the contest will be deemed void on June 5, 2019.
  10. Likewise, if any of the winners or, where appropriate, the alternates could not be located / contacted, the contest will be held by desert on June 10, 2019.

  12. RBA REVISTAS, SL is not responsible for possible losses, deterioration, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the prize. In no case will RBA REVISTAS, SL be responsible for the services that any other entity, with which it collaborates, provides to the winners as a result of the prizes awarded.
  13. The data provided by the participants must be true. In the event that these were false or in case of incomplete, incorrect identification or non-compliance with the requirements set forth in these rules, the prize corresponding to said winner will go to the alternate.
  14. In any case, the winner or, where appropriate, the alternates, may revoke said acceptance at any time by sending a written document, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID to RBA REVISTAS, SL

Awards

10 packs of CLARA magazine for the month of June with the promotion of the net bag (the colors of the bags will be assigned randomly. (5 packs will be awarded for participants through Facebook and 5 packs will be awarded for participants through Instagram)

The prizes will be sent to the postal address indicated by the winners.

1. The period for claiming the prize will end on June 10, 2019.

2. The prizes will be sent in the period from June 4 to June 30, 2019 by courier with acknowledgment of receipt. In this sense, it is reported that there is a corresponding treatment manager contract signed with this company under the terms provided in the data protection regulations, limiting the processing of your data by the aforementioned company to sending the prize to the winner.

3. In no case may the prizes be exchanged for their cash value.
