Torrijas, like rice pudding, pancakes or crepes, are one of the traditional sweets that are in the top ten of easy desserts because, in addition to not having any complications, they are made with basic ingredients that everyone has in the pantry: bread, milk, egg, sugar and oil.

- Ingredients: 250 ml of whole milk - ½ of bread from the day before - 1 tablespoon of sugar - 1 egg - 1 cinnamon stick - honey - sunflower oil.
How to do them step by step
- Heat the milk and sugar together with the cinnamon. When it starts to boil, cook 3 or 4 minutes over low heat.
