This is the exercise routine to tone buttocks and legs that Cristina Pedroche has shared on Instagram:

  • Leg raise above the stool: do it with both legs, first with the right and then with the left.
  • Squats : for this exercise you don't need to use the stool and you already know how to do them correctly.

  • Dips or dips in parallel with support on the stool : rest your arms on the stool and bend your knees to work your gluteus, as you can see in the image.

  • Squat calf raises : performs a squat and raises a bead, then another, returns to the starting position first.
  • Jump squats : with the legs wider to the width of the hips and the balls of the feet facing outwards.

Repeat everything at your own pace 3 or 4 times and training completed!
