Well it depends on which one you choose. There is a big difference between one and the other. So much so that some can enter a healthy diet and others cannot.
- The leaner the better. Sausages are high in fat, which is mostly saturated, so it is advisable to choose those that have a lower percentage of fat.
- Thick slices. Although it may not be culinary for the best, the thick slices force you to chew and make you feel full earlier so you eat less.
- Salt and purines. In addition to fat, another of the negative points of sausages is their high purine content (those with high uric acid should reduce their consumption) and salt, which in some of them can reach 2g per 100g , when the recommended daily amount is 5 g.
