Do it little by little, do not expect to go from summer relaxation to hectic pace in 24 hours. Give yourself time to gradually adjust. Go back to your gym, your hobbies, the date with your friends, your moments of pleasure … For example, if you walk 40-60 min a day you will fight apathy, sadness and stress. And by gaining muscle tone and background, you will be more resistant to fatigue.
  • Activate your diet. If you don't eat enough carbohydrates, you will be tired and irritable. Avoid getting the "down" by taking 4-5 servings a day of cereals (bread, rice, pasta …) in its integral version and 3 pieces of fruit. In addition, there are foods that activate you, such as those that have vitamin B6 such as wheat germ, oily fish, nuts or legumes.
  • Care your skin. And get the most out of your creams. Day creams hydrate and protect your skin from external aggressions (sun, cold …). On the other hand, at night is when cell renewal is activated and, therefore, regenerating and firming creams are more effective. Find out if you are not using the most suitable cream for your skin type.
  • And your mouth. Ensure proper dental hygiene. Do not abuse the toothpaste, the size of a pea is enough. Press the brush between the gums and teeth, slightly inclined, and make circular movements. Brush the tongue and the inside of the cheeks without paste. Go over the gap between teeth with a floss or interproximal brush.
  • Make a light but not meager dinner. Sleeping well is essential to wake up with energy and renewed spirits. Eat dinner at least two hours before going to sleep and eat easy-to-digest foods. The last meal of the day should be around 250 kcal and include grilled or baked vegetables and chicken, turkey or fish. We have the keys to make the perfect dinner.
  • Protect your flora. The "good" bacteria in your intestinal flora keep your immune system active. They help you assimilate the nutrients well and be at your weight. And, in addition, they improve your mood. For your balance, take probiotics. For example, yogurt, kefir, whole wheat bread (made with sourdough), pickles, sauerkraut, miso and tempeh …
  • Dare with a change of look. Start the season by giving your hair a new look. A good layered cut will give movement to your hair if you have straight hair or will lighten it if you have it abundant. If you prefer a short hair, it is better to be above the shoulders so that the friction does not shoot the ends out. Don't miss out on 15 hairstyles and cuts that will make you look younger.
