How to make vegetables with baked bechamel step by step

  1. Clean and chop. On the one hand, chop the chard, dice the eggplant and zucchini, the tomatoes into quarters, and the carrots into slices. And on the other, stand out the beans and cut them into 3 or 4 pieces.
  2. Sauté and cook. Lightly sauté the eggplant. Reserve the raw tomato. Cook the rest of the vegetables in salted water until al dente, and drain. Or steam them in the microwave, which is much quicker and easier.
  3. Bake and serve. Finally, spread 4 individual ovenproof dishes with a little oil and pour all the vegetables into them. Cover with the béchamel already prepared. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Gratínalas for a couple of minutes to 225 or . And ready to serve. If you use individual refractory dishes, you can serve them as is, with a plate underneath to protect the surface where you are going to eat. This will also save you time plating.

Save even more time and effort

In many greengrocers and supermarkets they sell fresh vegetables already chopped and washed, which saves you, for example, from step one of this recipe. In many cases, they even come in microwave cooking bags. In some vegetable stalls in the markets they sell them freshly cooked. There are also frozen and ready to boil. Or you can also resort to those that sell canned.
