Goya 2019: mistakes and successes of the red carpet

Isabel Coixet has not wanted to risk her outfit either, but she has done it with her accessories. Specifically with a very original clutch in a striking yellow tone that has powerfully attracted our attention. She has been one of those who has posed with the red fan and the slogan NI UNA MÁS, against sexist violence.

In pristine white

The great disappointment of the night (stylistically speaking) has been Belén Rueda. With a Benjamin Friman outfit created especially for her, it looks a bit old to us and did not suit her at all. In addition, the choice of makeup and hairstyle (even older), ended up spoiling the look.

The sexiest

With Hiba's permission, we have decided to give Maria Pedraza and her great Dolce & Gabbana dress the award for the sexiest of the night. Risky and flattering in equal measure, few of us can defend a strapless neckline like her. And although we are used to seeing her with her leonine mane in the air, this very tall and combed bun suits her wonderfully.

Beautiful

We must recognize that we have a soft spot for Manuela Velasco. While it is true that the hair and accessories have been a success, the Dior dress does not quite do it justice, we still believe that it is wonderful.

Count dracula female version

María León has opted for one of her favorite garments in recent seasons and has added a cape –in the purest Count Dracula style–, which started at the neck thanks to a "fake" choker.

Not suitable for superstitious

No one can call Hiba Abouk superstitious after wearing this tight yellow dress. This look has been one of the most commented on social networks.

Shocking

We are not used to seeing a plaid print on an evening dress. Lucia Jimenez has chosen it tonight for a very striking look.

Peace Bouquet

One of the horrors of the night has starred Paz Vega and her Marchesa dress. It looked like a bouquet of withered and graceless flowers. The hairstyle added years to her and the lack of makeup did her a disservice.

With edges

The asymmetrical sleeve of Nathalie Poza's dress, the winner tonight, is one of the most architectural that we have seen in this gala, if not that they tell Manolo Solo, who has been "attacked" by the sleeve when they have delivered an award tonight. Jokes aside, she has been one of the funniest models of the night.

Predictable

We already knew that a top like Nieves Alvarez would be dressed in one of the greats of couture, in this case Elie Saab, and that it would be impeccable, but her look has seemed so studied that it has not convinced us. Sometimes you have to risk to win.
