This diet is ideal for you because it adjusts to your needs and lifestyle as you have seen with our super test. With it you can lose one or two sizes in a month without starving and enjoying food.

And remember, if in any of the menus there is a food that you do not like, you can always change it for another equivalent. For example, some chard for some spinach, both green leafy vegetables; or a few sardines for a salmon, both are blue fish.

And to complete the menus, we give you several options for breakfasts and snacks between meals :
