Here is a recipe for the most transgressive: tuna lasagna sushi. And why do we say that it is transgressive? Well, because, on the one hand, it is a sushi dish without nori seaweed or raw fish. And on the other, a lasagna without pasta or meat.

How to make tuna lasagna sushi

  1. Make the sushi rice. To do it, you have to clean it, cook it, add rice vinegar, and let it cool as you can with our step-by-step to make sushi rice.
  2. Prepare the rest of the ingredients. On the one hand, wash the cucumbers and cut them lengthwise into very thin slices with the help of a kitchen mandolin; season and pat dry. And on the other, drain the tuna very well and mix it with the finely chopped onion and tomato sauce until a consistent paste is left.
  3. Assemble the lasagna. First of all, line a square dish with plastic wrap. Put a layer of ridged cucumber slices, spread it with mayonnaise and add a layer of rice. Spread the tuna mixed with the onion and tomato sauce on top, and cover with the rest of the rice. Finally, spread again with mayonnaise, top with another layer of cucumber, and reserve in the fridge before unmolding.
