As happens to many of us, Laura ate a little on the go, pulling out convenience foods and restaurants, snacking at any time and without time (or desire) to go to the gym. Outcome? In two years she had gained weight. As he wanted to lower it, he accepted the #Clara Challenge to put our diet to the test and he has lost 10 kilos!

Over the next few weeks we will share with you the diet that he has followed, the exercise routine to do at home, tips and tricks not to despair, and much more! Every Thursday you will have a new video with which to inspire you and learn to modify your habits, as Laura has done.

You will imagine that losing weight does not happen by magic. There are 3 basic pillars on which changes must be made:

This was the request he made to Dr.Mª Isabel Beltrán, Clara's nutritionist. And the diet was perfectly adapted to the little time (and desire) that Laura has to cook, with very simple formulas that allow her to eat balanced without effort.

Find time for sports

Laura used to run and swim, before abandoning it due to the fast pace of life that work took her to and, why not admit it, the comfort of the sofa at home, which in the end seduced her more than putting on slippers.

We put it in the hands of Anna Santidrian, personal trainer at the Holmes Place gym, who created an exercise routine for her that has now, without the coach by her side, Laura continues to train three times a week and is highly motivated.

The support of aesthetics

The third piece of the change was contributed by Nuria Soteras from Backstage Bcn. This expert has advised Laura on what creams to use to firm the skin and burn localized fat, how to apply them successfully and what aesthetic medicine treatments exist.
