Whey or whey is a product that for many decades had been considered a waste product of the cheese and butter making process. However, it is currently being used for its high nutritional value.

  • Which is better: whey or supplements? Whey has more sugars and larger proteins than supplements, and to get the same amount of protein you have to take more.
  • How is it taken? It is a yellowish and cloudy liquid with a creamy consistency, which can be found in liquid or powder, and can be combined with muesli, incorporated into fruit smoothies or taken as a drink.
