Here you have the healthy weekly menu prepared by the Realfooding center of the nutritionist and CLARA collaborator, Carlos Ríos. Easy to follow and with plates full of seasonal foods. You will find some spoon recipes that will go very well for these first cold days.

Monday

  • Breakfast. Oatmeal porridge with cocoa and cinnamon
  • Midmorning. Apple with peanut butter strings
  • Food. Quinoa with tofu and vegetables and cumin
  • Snack. Custard apple
  • Dinner. Chicken sautéed with red cabbage, onion, pine nuts and spices. Endive salad

Tuesday

  • Breakfast. Whole wheat toast with beetroot hummus
  • Midmorning. Persimmon, yogurt and cocoa custard
  • Food. Pumpkin cream with grilled sea bream fillet and baked potato
  • Snack. Grapes with a piece of aged cheese
  • Dinner. Aubergine, zucchini, tomato and onion millefeuille

Wednesday

  • Breakfast. Bowl of pomegranate, fresh cheese and walnuts
  • Midmorning. Whole wheat toast with roasted aubergine
  • Food. Chickpea salad, red cabbage, grapes, hazelnuts and spices to taste
  • Snack. Ounces of dark chocolate (+ 75%) and fruit
  • Dinner. Artichoke omelette

Thursday

  • Breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cherry tomato and parsley
  • Midmorning. Kefir and a mandarin
  • Food. Veal a la jardinera with brown rice
  • Snack. Hummus with crudités
  • Dinner. Grilled cuttlefish with potato and broccoli

Friday
