Lasagna doesn't have to be the calorie bomb we all know. Our low calorie cold bonito lasagna has 200 calories less than the traditional recipe.

A 100% guilt-free pasta dish thanks to the fact that we have dispensed with the béchamel sauce or other sauces, since we have used roasted vegetables, which require much less oil than if you fry them in the traditional way.

In short, a delicious recipe much lighter, and a good way to add more fish to your menus.

How to make low calorie bonito cold lasagna step by step

  • Make the marinade. First, heat the oil with the vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, and pepper. Then, cook the whole for 10 minutes or so, add the diced bonito, and let it cook for another 3 or 4 minutes. Finally, let it cool and reserve in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • Roast the vegetables. Preheat the oven to 200 o . Peel the onion, clean the peppers and aubergines and grill everything. Once the vegetables are al dente (roasted but still whole), remove them, cut them into strips, season with salt and pepper and flavor with parsley.
  • Cook the pasta and assemble the lasagna. Cook the lasagna plates in plenty of boiling water following the instructions of the merchant. Mix the vegetables together with the drained bonito and the diced cheese. Assemble the lasagna alternating layers of pasta and filling. And accompany and decorate with the arugula.

If you want a vegetarian version, you just have to substitute the bonito for the mushrooms that you like the most, for example.
