Deep cleaning
The facial cleansing routine that we propose is not necessary to do it daily, but it is wonderful for those moments in which we have gone a bit out of line with food or makeup. If you notice that your skin has lost that healthy glow, has more blemishes than necessary, or looks tired, this step-by-step will help it return to its natural state. Take note.

Double cleaning
Double cleaning
This crash plan should start the same way as your regular facial cleansing, that is, by double cleansing. First, all makeup remains must be removed well with an oil-based cleanser and then apply the normal cleanser (better if it does not have sulfates to avoid drying the skin).

Exfoliates
Exfoliates
Konjac sponges have become very fashionable and are capable of removing dead cells and embedded dirt in a gentle, but effective way and without damaging the skin. In fact, they work as a natural physical exfoliator. Ideally, use them with a small amount of your regular cleanser, rubbing gently and then rinsing.
Konjac Woodland Woodpecker Mini Sponge from The Konjac Sponge Company, € 8.45
Peeling
Peeling
As we want to go a step further with this facial cleansing that we do on a daily basis, then we can use a homemade peeling. This way we will achieve a much smoother and more luminous skin.
PIXI Glow Peeling Discs, € 31.45
Steam
Steam
Giving your face a steam bath will cause the pores to dilate and release toxins and dirt from the face. You can do this step before exfoliating and peeling or just after, as we suggest, to maximize the benefits of the next one, you decide.
Apply a mask

And you can even apply multiple masks in a row to get multiple benefits at the same time.

Give your skin a break
Try to give your skin a rest in the days following this facial cleansing plan. Do not use makeup if possible, for two or three days, let your skin "breathe" and use only sunscreen. If you need to cover redness and blemishes, use a BB Cream instead of foundation.

Facial cleansing in 6 + 1 steps
- Double cleaning. Begin by removing all makeup with an oil-based cleanser and continue applying your usual cleanser.
- Exfoliate . Complete the previous step by gently exfoliating with a konjac swab.
- Peeling . Go one step further with the renewal of your skin, applying a cosmetic with a peeling effect.
- Steam . To open your pores well and give the next step more effect, do a steam bath.
- Put on a mask. Or two or three, whatever it takes, one after the other. This way you can treat several problems in one go.
- Let your skin rest . For a few days avoid using too heavy foundation and switch to BB Cream if you need to add some color to your face.
- Moisturizes . Like any good cleansing routine worth its salt, the last step should be to thoroughly hydrate your skin. For that you can use a tonic or thermal water, serum and your usual cream.
