Sailor sweater

Fine knit jumpers are an essential staple in spring and even more so if they have the classic sailor stripes print. Are you a fan of the striped pattern? Then you will like this …

Mango, € 29.99

Jeans

Jeans

Jeans should stay in your closet all year round, but if you have little room, store them only when the heat really starts to get hot because during the spring you will continue to use them a lot.

From H&M, € 19.99

Lightweight fabrics

Lightweight fabrics

For when the heat is on, make room for lighter fabrics such as this type of cotton jeans that are much thinner and more breathable.

From TopShop, € 50

Shorts

Shorts

Finally, the time has come to bring our white legs to light so that they become a little less so and for that, nothing better than a pair of very short pants. Do you already have a space reserved for them?

From Bershka, € 17.99

Slip on sneakers

Slip on sneakers

Spring is their natural terrain because they are cooler than fully closed shoes but they are not warm enough to wear them in winter, especially since they really look good when they are worn without socks.

From Primark, € 7

Light coats

Light coats

During the spring it is always good to have a thin coat on hand that protects us from the cold in the morning but does not overwhelm us in the late afternoon.

From Zara, € 69.95

The eternal trench

The eternal trench

Here is another of the essential garments in spring. If you don't see yourself wearing a leather jacket and you want something more informal than a coat, the trench coat is for you. This one in dusty pink is super pretty, although if you want it in blue, khaki or stone, you also have it.

Stradivarius, € 39.99

Ankle boots

Ankle boots

Ankle boots can (and should) stay and they look great with skirts and dresses. If you have some with openings, all the better, because this year they come stomping. And never better said …

Pull & Bear, € 19.99

Tshirts

Tshirts

You can say goodbye to the long-sleeved ones but the short-sleeved ones have to stay (or come back if you are one of those who cannot bear the friction of wool on your arm and put them away as soon as the cold starts).

From Stradivarius, € 15.99

Midi skirt

Midi skirt

If you usually wear them in winter, do not keep them because now it will be enough to get rid of the stockings to wear them in spring as well. You can wear them with white sneakers or with all kinds of sandals.

From Uniqlo, € 29.90

Flowy pants

Flowy pants

The pants tissues and elastic waist are our best friends in the spring, and if they have stamped as nice as this, so book a couple of hangers for them.

From Springfield, € 29.99

Flip flops

Flip flops

Your feet also deserve to see the sunlight after so long locked in your favorite boots and for that, sandals deserve a little space in your shoe rack.

From Stradivarius, € 19.99

Leather skirt

Leather skirt

The same thing happens with this garment as with jeans: you can wear it all year round (except on days when the thermometer reads 40º, of course).

Caps, caps and hats

Caps, caps and hats

It has been a pleasure to bundle up in berets and hats during the winter but now they have to come out of your drawers to get fresh air. Replace them with this fun, sailor-inspired hat, a cute cap or a seasonal hat. You will be the coolest!

Pull and Bear, € 15.99

It is already inevitable. The wardrobe change is just around the corner and it is better to be clear about what remains and what goes away. In case you have doubts about what to do with your favorite clothes, we have prepared a guide with the essential changes that you should make. Take the ladder because it's time to get your freshest and most spring clothes off the loft. Of course, for the more conservative, we have selected some autumn / winter clothes in case you want to get a basic one that you will wear next season.

What to take out of the closet when spring arrives?

  • Wool jumpers. We love to bundle up with them in winter but as soon as the temperatures start to rise there is no one to hold them over. Fold them well and store them in boxes ready to be used again next year.
  • Overcoats . Save the thickest and heaviest ones, those with leather applications and feathers. For the next few months, you will be overwhelmed by seeing them hanging so say goodbye.
  • Botas . Our feet have been warm in them all winter but their use cannot be extended any longer.

What garments do you have to make room for?

  • Jackets . Now we need lighter garments with which to shelter us in the mornings and at night but that do not give too much heat to be able to also wear them during the day. We like the leather ones and also the suede ones in different colors.
  • Sandals . To get your fingers in the air you have to make a hole in your shoe rack. As they take up less than boots, you can have more pairs in sight!
  • Dresses and jumpsuits . Make them of fine fabrics, with good drape and cheerful prints.

What stays the whole year?

  • Ankle boots . Anklets are ideal to wear during spring with skirts and dresses, yes, without stockings. At last!
  • Jeans. They are so versatile that they can be used all year round.
  • Leather skirts. In winter with stockings and in spring showing off legs in the air. They are ideal with sneakers and sandals as soon as the good weather begins.
