A recipe that is not only vegetarian, but also 100% vegan (without a trace of ingredients of animal origin). And that fits both as a snack to snack between meals and as a party appetizer.

How to make guacamole with crudités step by step

  1. Prepare the vegetables. On the one hand, clean the chives and wash the tomato, cut both vegetables into small cubes, and set them aside. On the other hand, peel the carrots and wash the celery and pepper, cut them all into sticks, and reserve them too. And finally, squeeze the lime to extract its juice. Peel the garlic and chop it fine. And wash the parsley, dry it and chop it.
  2. Make the guacamole. First, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop out the pulp with a spoon, and mash it with a fork until it becomes a smooth paste. And then add the lime juice, garlic, chives, tomato, and oil. Salt and pepper and mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Plate and serve. Put the guacamole in a bowl, and sprinkle on top with the chopped parsley. And accompany it with the vegetable sticks in a glass.
