We have forgotten working looks due to circumstances, but jacket suits are still in the closet, demanding more prominence. Despite being a formal pairing –perfect for more sophisticated events–, it is becoming more and more common for some lower-cost brands to bring out their own versions to wear every day. In addition to this, there are many influencers and celebrities who opt for this two-piece regularly on any occasion, so it has made us want to emulate such a look for our summer dinners.
The style we refer to is this one by Paula Ordovás in which she wears a beige H&M jacket suit that she combines with a Chanel bag, Bottega Veneta sandals and gold jewels. A sophisticated look to rage, perfect to show off the tan on your arms and neckline and perfect for going to work, but also for a dinner near the sea.

Paula's jacket suit is a long blazer and high-waisted trousers, but in this case we have chosen a double-breasted one and cropped trousers. The effect is just as sophisticated. Perfect to combine with a black heeled sandal that ties to the ankle or espadrilles. The double-breasted blazer is one of our favorites, so it couldn't be missing from the selection.

Massimo Dutti is one of the firms that we bet on when choosing a jacket suit, that is why we have not hesitated to choose one from the Inditex firm. Slightly palazzo pants, blazer with a large lapel … We like the option of wearing a white top underneath.

Linen is one of the fabrics that we like the most in summer, and despite not being a replica of Paula Ordovás's, we like the essence because it is original. In the Monki lookbook they combine it with Vans, in our case we prefer Teva-type sandals in black to achieve a sophisticated and cool look.

This Zara jacket suit is one of our favorites precisely because of its masculine cut. It is the one that most closely resembles that of H&M. The blazer is fluid with a marked shoulder pad and a front closure, with a sexy neckline to show off without anything . The pants are not yet available so we will have to be careful.
