This cake does not have any sugar but is ideal to start the day with something sweet and healthy. It contains 200 ml of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 of peanut butter, 150g of whole spelled flour, 2 very ripe bananas, 2 tablespoons of date paste (soak in hot water and mash with the mixer) and a tablespoon of baking powder. Mix everything well and bake for 50 minutes at 180º.

Nothing compares to having a warm, crunchy croissant for breakfast with a cup of coffee. If you want to make these, pay attention because the dough is made in one step with 100 g of ground almonds, 150 g of whole oat flour, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, another 2 of extra virgin olive oil, 5 dates paste and a pinch of salt. Mix everything and roll out the dough. Cut it into triangles and fill with the melted chocolate and chopped almonds. Shape them and bake for 20 minutes at 180º.

Blood orange cake with cocoa
It can be made perfectly with normal oranges and it is just as delicious. Mix 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, 120 ml of mild olive oil, 150 ml of milk, 120 ml of date syrup, 2 tablespoons of cocoa pure, 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate, the zest of 1 blood orange, juice of 1 orange and half a teaspoon of salt. Bake for 50 minutes at 180º. You can accompany it with 70% melted chocolate and some orange slices.

What a richer mix, chocolate brownie cookies. You can't ask for more for a breakfast unless, freak out, they're made from chickpeas. Yes, yes, and the taste is not noticeable. You need a pot of cooked chickpeas, 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa, a little vanilla essence, 1 sachet of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 10 hydrated and made paste dates. Mix everything well, make balls with the dough, decorate with a few ounces of chopped 85% chocolate and bake for 10 minutes at 180º.

Or traditional muffins, whatever you prefer to call them. You have to mix 4 eggs, 50 g of olive oil, 125 g of natural yogurt, 150 g of dates made into paste, 200 g of whole wheat flour and half an envelope of chemical yeast. Chop 200 g of strawberries and a handful of walnuts and add them to the dough. Put the dough in the molds and bake 40 minutes at 180º.
