If you love it too, we have very good news for you: this season it will take over street style again . That is why this time we have compiled the best looks with this fashion print so that you can be inspired by them and start creating your summer outfits. Do not miss it!
Gingham checks, the most famous print in history
The vichy check print had its origin in the French city with which it shares its name, Vichy. Of course, the trend is nothing new, since it emerged already in the seventeenth century, in the interiors of La Provence. At first it was used in napkins and tablecloths, but in the post-war period it was used by men and women who worked in the fields. But the climax of this fashionable print came when Jacques Esterel designed a wedding dress (with this white and pink print) for Brigitte Bardot. It was the moment that marked a before and after in fashion and we continue to bet on this trend today.
How to wear gingham squares
- With trousers with a gingham print you will not fail. If you combine it with heels and a white shirt, you will get one of the best looks to go to work perfectly every day.
- If you are already thinking about your summer outfits, look for a miniskirt with this fashionable print. Combine it with a full color sweater or a matching crop top.
- Go for a gingham dress. During the summer it will save you from more than one rush. And the best of all? That will combine great and with high-heeled sandals and fashionable sneakers.
