We cannot avoid it. Whenever we look at looks from luxury websites like Net a Porter, we end up falling madly in love with clothes and accessories. We can not have. And is that some are so expensive that it would almost give us a car instead of a bag … but luckily, we can always turn to our favorite low cost stores, which in many cases are inspired by these designs and offer us alternatives very similar and affordable. On this occasion, we have focused on finding coats, jeans of all kinds and shoes … a lot of shoes!
Fashion clones: luxury vs low cost
- Overcoats . We have fallen in love with several luxury models but we have found the most attractive low cost alternatives . For example, there is a coat with a tiger print in Bottega Veneta that costs no less than € 3,400, so we chose the Stradivarius alternative, which does not reach 40. What a difference! Another of our favorites has been a camel coat from Loewe for € 1,900, but since we can't afford it, we chose one from Mango, quite similar that only costs € 99.99.
- Shoes . There are so many beautiful brand shoes that it is difficult to get used to the idea that there may be others so similar in an affordable version but it is completely true. Some Saint Laurent ankle boots have caught our attention but since their price is prohibitive, € 1,045, we are left with very similar ones that we have signed in Mango for € 39.99. We have also fallen in love with some black salons, Rossi's classics for € 560, but luckily in Young Formula they have some dives that cost only € 29.99.
- Jeans . There is something for everyone this season but we have fallen in love with high-waisted ones from Unravel Project. The bad thing is that their price is € 365, so we prefer almost the same ones that we have found in Mango and that do not cost even € 40.
