Homemade vegetable pizza recipe with pesto and avocado

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 pizza base, here we explain how to make it homemade
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh pesto sauce

Place the pizza base on the baking sheet, on a sheet of parchment paper. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and cover with the mozzarella. Top with the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, and sprinkle with the Parmesan and a pinch of salt. Cook the pizza in the oven, preheated to 250º, for 12-15 minutes.
