And it is not due to lack of will that we do not go … The first month almost always starts well (despite the initial stiffness), but from then on it becomes a matter of continuing to pay the fee to run … to the sofa. And if I've seen you, gym, I don't remember.

2. Close to your home or your work

Nowadays you can count on 30-minute directed classes … With them you have time to train, eat and return to your obligations, using no more than 1 hour in total.

4. Full day fee

Although it is somewhat more expensive, if you usually have schedule changes, this type of fee allows you to adapt your workouts without losing the investment or the motivation.

5. As a couple or with friends, the better

It is proven that it is easier to maintain discipline if we train in company. If you can't hook up your boy or a friend, think about getting a personal trainer voucher. 6. Group classes

  • "Today I'm in sloth bear mode." You better put it on us. Going to the gym will fill you with energy and you will be able to move like a normal human being.
