How to do it step by step

  1. The preambles. On the one hand, preheat the oven to 180º. And on the other, grease 12 rectangular molds with butter.
  2. Prepare the dough. First, beat the eggs with the brown sugar. Then add the oil and the yogurt, the peeled and grated apple, and the flour together with the yeast. Keep stirring as you incorporate each ingredient. And once you have made the dough, let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. Bake the cakes. First of all, distribute the dough into the molds, trying to fill them only up to three quarters of their height. Sprinkle with crumbled rolled oats. Then bake them for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
  4. Make the chocolate cream. Put the custard in a saucepan and heat it over low heat. Add the grated chocolate and stir until melted. And finally, unmold the cakes and serve them accompanied by the chocolate cream in a separate container.
