Yes, yes, because it is as easy to do as it is very complete, thanks to the combination of rice, vegetables and chicken meat. How to do it step by step

1. Prepare the vegetables. First, peel the onion. Scrape the carrot and wash it. Clean and wash the garlic sprouts, the pepper and the green beans. And when you have them all ready, cut them into small pieces or squares.

2. Stir fry and sauté. Start by sautéing the onion for about 5 minutes or so in a saucepan with the oil. Then, add the carrot, the garlic sprouts and the pepper, and sauté them for about 8 more minutes. And finally, add the rice and the washed and crumbled rosemary, and sauté them together with the vegetables for approximately 1 minute, stirring so that it does not stick.

3. Cook the rice. When you have the rice sautéed with the vegetables, add 650 ml of boiling water, season, stir and cook for about 11 minutes. At this point, add the beans and keep cooking for another 7 minutes, until the rice is just cooked and absorbs all the liquid.

4. Grill the chicken. First, clean the breast, wash it, and dry it. Then, salt and pepper it and grill it on the griddle greased with oil, for about 5 or 6 minutes more or less on each side. And serve it sliced ​​along with the rice.

If you want it to be much tastier, when you go to cook the rice, cook it with poultry or vegetable broth instead of water. Or add a couple of bay leaves and a couple of peeled garlic to the water.
